MINERAL RESOURCE STATEMENT

JORC-Compliant Mineral Resource Statement

The Nzilo Copper Project hosts a substantial JORC-compliant mineral resource, reflecting the scale and development potential of the project across multiple mineralised zones.

The latest resource update outlines a total mineral resource of 1.55 billion tonnes at an average grade of 0.48% copper, containing 7.52 million tonnes of copper metal.

The Nzilo Copper Project mineral resource demonstrates strong confidence levels, supported by extensive drilling, geological interpretation, and structured resource modelling.

Exploration Programme

Dilolo Metal and Resources commenced its structured exploration drilling programme in July 2024 to expand the geological database and improve confidence in the resource model.
The programme focuses on systematic drilling, geological mapping, geochemical analysis, and regional target generation.
Exploration activities continue to support both resource expansion and new target identification across the broader licence portfolio.

Geology & Mineralisation

The Nzilo Copper Project consists of multiple mineralised zones hosted within favourable stratigraphic units associated with the Central African Copperbelt.

Mineralisation demonstrates strong geological continuity across both the Northeast and Southwest orebodies, with broad mineralised envelopes and open strike extensions.
The project continues to present significant exploration upside, particularly across underexplored northern target zones and deeper extensions.

Metallurgical Studies

Preliminary metallurgical test work indicates that the Nzilo Copper Project comprises both leachable and refractory mineralisation, supporting multiple potential processing pathways.

Current metallurgical workstreams are focused on defining process routes and optimising metal recovery.
